Jesus Nebot created a video documenting the struggle of migrants stuck in Tijuana, Mexico under dangerous conditions waiting for the US ports of entry to reopen so they can apply for asylum. These ports of entry have been closed to them since March 2020 when the Trump administration implemented Title 42 to deport asylum seekers and prevent them from entering the US.
